Whistle Blowing Mechanism

Whistle blower is defined as; One who reveals wrongdoing within an organization to the public or to those in positions of authority. 
More recently, whistle blower mechanisms are considered a possible tool for the detection, and possibly prevention, of corporate wrong-doing.

Audit committees to establish procedures for:
(A) the receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints received by the issuer regardingaccounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters; and
(B) the confidential, anonymous submission by employees of the issuer of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters.
